Farfetch is a global community of over 300 visionary fashion boutiques offering an inspirational shopping experience to fashion-forward consumers. As the Senior Designer on their responsive site I was responsible for designing layouts for each break-point on all key areas of the site. As the transition to the responsive site included an update of their online branding this meant ensuring that the new styles we had defined were implemented and adhered to across every page, creating a consistent, luxury experience.
Another key challenge was ensuring that beyond the site design attention was paid to fine details of the experience. This involved considering every icon, transition and interaction and measuring the impact it had on the users seamless experience using the site.
